ANO7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,515 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUSL1, ULBP2, and TLCD3A. Each is linked with ANO7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO7-to-partner and partner-to-ANO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PUSL1 grouped by ANO7-low versus ANO7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
