ANO7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, PCNA, and GAPDH. Each is linked with ANO7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO7-to-partner and partner-to-ANO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ANO7-low versus ANO7-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
