ANO5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,423 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANK2, MYRIP_S335, and NRIP2_S153. Each is linked with ANO5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO5-to-partner and partner-to-ANO5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANO5 versus ANK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
