Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,643 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, CCNB2, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with ANO5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO5-to-partner and partner-to-ANO5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 grouped by ANO5-low versus ANO5-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
