Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ASNS, and eEF2. Each is linked with ANO5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO5-to-partner and partner-to-ANO5 results are reported.
