Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANO5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,161 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANO5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis, Purine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ANO5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO5-to-partner and partner-to-ANO5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis grouped by ANO5-low versus ANO5-high in SKIN.
