Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANO5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 143 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL24, IL36A, and OR7G3. Each is linked with ANO5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO5-to-partner and partner-to-ANO5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL24 grouped by ANO5-low versus ANO5-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
