Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANO4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANO4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ANO4 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANO4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, PRAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where ANO4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
