ANO3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,307 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MUC15, PREPL, and DUSP19. Each is linked with ANO3 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO3-to-partner and partner-to-ANO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANO3 versus MUC15 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
