ANO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,284 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMRN2, LAMB2, and NID1. Each is linked with ANO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO2-to-partner and partner-to-ANO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANO2 versus MMRN2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
