ANO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,372 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPCPD1, EIF4EP1, and SEC24D. Each is linked with ANO2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO2-to-partner and partner-to-ANO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANO2 versus GPCPD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
