Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,527 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECSIT, RAD23A, and MIR3170. Each is linked with ANO2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO2-to-partner and partner-to-ANO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECSIT grouped by ANO2-low versus ANO2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
