ANO10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANO10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,996 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLB1, STT3B, and ABHD5. Each is linked with ANO10 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO10-to-partner and partner-to-ANO10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANO10 versus GLB1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
