ANO10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANO10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOD1, NKX2-6, and TLE7. Each is linked with ANO10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO10-to-partner and partner-to-ANO10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 grouped by ANO10-low versus ANO10-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
