ANO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,576 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1268A, BNIP3P2, and ESS2. Each is linked with ANO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO1-to-partner and partner-to-ANO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1268A grouped by ANO1-low versus ANO1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
