ANLN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANLN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,925 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANLN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UFD1_S247, RRM2_S20, and XRCC6_T455. Each is linked with ANLN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANLN-to-partner and partner-to-ANLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANLN versus UFD1_S247 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
