Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANLN protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 30,538 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANLN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_T506, RRM2, and RRM2_S20. Each is linked with ANLN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANLN-to-partner and partner-to-ANLN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANLN versus RFC1_T506 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
