Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANLN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with ANLN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANLN-to-partner and partner-to-ANLN results are reported.
