Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANLN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,000 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANLN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic metaphase chromosome alignment, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Negative regulation of chromosome separation. Each is linked with ANLN in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANLN-to-partner and partner-to-ANLN results are reported.
