Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKS4B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKS4B data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ANKS4B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKS4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRP, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ANKS4B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
