ANKS1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKS1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,049 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKS1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAR2B, CTBP1, and DCLK1. Each is linked with ANKS1B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKS1B-to-partner and partner-to-ANKS1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKS1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKS1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
