ANKS1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKS1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,250 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKS1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD6, TLE6, and CXXC1. Each is linked with ANKS1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKS1A-to-partner and partner-to-ANKS1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTBD6 grouped by ANKS1A-low versus ANKS1A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKS1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKS1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
