ANKRD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,424 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AP1M2, CEP41, and CASP7. Each is linked with ANKRD7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD7-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD7 versus AP1M2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
