The most reproducible ANKRD7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to organelle, Ribonucleotide biosynthetic process, and Immunological synapse formation. Each is linked with ANKRD7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD7-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD7 results are reported.
