Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD66 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD66-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRD2, PCDHB4, and EARS2. Each is linked with ANKRD66 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD66-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD66 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DRD2 grouped by ANKRD66-low versus ANKRD66-high in PANCREAS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD66→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
