Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD63 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 719 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD63-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, SLC35E4, and PACSIN2. Each is linked with ANKRD63 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD63-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD63 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD63 versus SEC14L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD63→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
