Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD63 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,757 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD63-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA transcription, RNA localization, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with ANKRD63 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD63-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD63 results are reported.
