Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD60 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKRD60 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ANKRD60 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD60 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where ANKRD60 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
