ANKRD53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,290 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD53-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP2, MSI1, and RARRES2. Each is linked with ANKRD53 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD53-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD53 versus MMP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD53→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
