ANKRD53

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD53 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD53-associated genes across cancer lineages are DJ-1, MSH2, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ANKRD53 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD53-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DJ-1 grouped by ANKRD53-low versus ANKRD53-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD53→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
