Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD52 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD52-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4N4, KCND3, and ADIPOQ. Each is linked with ANKRD52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD52-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD52 results are reported.
