Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,443 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD50-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN3, ANKRD50_S1183, and CNN2. Each is linked with ANKRD50 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD50-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD50 results are reported.
