ANKRD50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,799 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD50-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPPP3, UBR7, and HADH. Each is linked with ANKRD50 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD50-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPPP3 grouped by ANKRD50-low versus ANKRD50-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD50→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
