Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,876 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Stress granule assembly, Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with ANKRD50 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD50-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD50 results are reported.
