ANKRD44

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,894 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTN1, DOCK10, and EVL. Each is linked with ANKRD44 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD44-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD44 versus RTN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD44→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
