Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,592 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD44-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, EME1, and RNMTL1P2. Each is linked with ANKRD44 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD44-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by ANKRD44-low versus ANKRD44-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD44→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
