Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD40 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD40-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK_pT359_S363, Rab11, and Annexin_VII. Each is linked with ANKRD40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD40-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD40 results are reported.
