Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,551 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, Nuclear transport, and Nucleocytoplasmic transport. Each is linked with ANKRD40 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD40-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD40 results are reported.
