Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD39 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKRD39 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ANKRD39 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD39 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and ACC are the cancer types where ANKRD39 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
