ANKRD39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,304 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD39-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, PRCC, and PRPF19. Each is linked with ANKRD39 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD39-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD39→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
