The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ANKRD36B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD36B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where ANKRD36B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
