Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD36 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANKRD36-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ASNS, and cIAP. Each is linked with ANKRD36 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD36-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ANKRD36-low versus ANKRD36-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD36→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
