Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD35 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANKRD35 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ANKRD35 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, STAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where ANKRD35 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
