Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,009 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, Medulla oblongata development, and Rab protein signal transduction.
