The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ANKRD34B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD34B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, COAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where ANKRD34B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
