Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANKRD26P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANKRD26P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ANKRD26P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANKRD26P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and STAD show a favorable association.

ACC, READ, and LGG are the cancer types where ANKRD26P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
