ANKRD23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,730 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCC2, GTF3C4, and HNRNPU. Each is linked with ANKRD23 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD23-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD23 versus SMARCC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
