Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANKRD23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,954 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with ANKRD23 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD23-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD23 results are reported.
