ANKRD22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,962 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DEF6, GBP2, and IL18. Each is linked with ANKRD22 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD22-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD22 versus DEF6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
