ANKRD22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANKRD22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANKRD22-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, INPP4B, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with ANKRD22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANKRD22-to-partner and partner-to-ANKRD22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by ANKRD22-low versus ANKRD22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANKRD22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANKRD22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
